Ett jordat lakan i halvstorlek för att jorda dig medan du sover. Lakanet är i 100 % ekologisk bomull med invävda mjuka och slitstarka ledande silvertrådar. Totalt innehåller varje lakan nästan en halv kilometer silvertråd.
Lakanet mäter 305x90 cm. Det är tillräckligt stort för att passa tvärs över nedre delen av även de största madrasser, med gott om bäddmån. Lakanet kan även användas på längden, så att det täcker hela madrassen från huvud- till fotända. Den ledande ytan är 201x90 cm, med 52 cm bäddmån på vardera sida. Färgen är naturlig bomullsvit.
Lakanet kopplas till jord med medföljande sladd som enkelt ansluts med en tryckkontakt i kanten på lakanet.
För optimalt resultat krävs direktkontakt mellan jordningslakanet och din hud, så det bör läggas ovanpå ditt vanliga lakan.
Allt du behöver ingår: jordningslakan, en 4.6 meter lång anslutningssladd och ditt val av jordanslutning.
Tvätt och skötselråd
Det är bra att tvätta ditt jordningslakan, det skadas inte av tvätt. Tvärtom är det bra, eftersom det håller silvertrådarna rena så att de behåller ledningsförmågan.
Tvättråd:
Tvätta varje eller varannan vecka.
Tvätta i maskin med varmt vatten (40°C).
Använd flytande tvättmedel (
det här tvättmedlet är vår specifika rekommendation)
Torka hängande eller torktumla på låg temperatur (upp till 65°C).
Kan strykas på låg temperatur.
Undvik:
Tvätta inte med blekmedel.
Tvätta inte med sköljmedel.
Använd inte tvättmedel som innehåller blekmedel, eller tvättmedel med oljor som t.ex. lavendel eller kokosolja.
Kemtvätta inte.
Blekmedel, krämer och oljor kan smutsa ner silvret och förstöra ledningsförmågan. Sköljmedel lägger sig som en hinna på silvret och skadar även det ledningsförmågan.
Vi rekommenderar att vänta en timme med att använda produkten efter att ha smörjt in huden med olja eller hudkräm.

Om uttagen i din bostad saknar jord (till exempel i vissa Europeiska byggnader eller hus byggda innan 1960-talet i U.S.A.), så kan du jorda med en jordstav direkt i marken utanför ditt hem.
Jordstaven är en 0.3 meter lång stav av rostfritt stål, med en 12 meter lång sladd. Staven trycks ner i marken utomhus, vilket ger en bra koppling till jorden. Sladden är endast 2 mm tjock, så den kan oftast dras in genom en fönsterkarm utan att påverka möjligheten att stänga fönstret.

I bought a Groundology grounding sheet four weeks ago having been told about grounding by a friend. I had been taking sleeping pills for over 25 years. I'm very happy with the products
I've just started using grounding SoftSilver sheets and pillow cases. After 3 weeks I noticed my sleep improved and i do not wake up mid night anymore. I also feel less back pain.

Yesterday, I slept on groundology's bed sheet for the first time after washing it by hand with a gentle, fragrance-free detergent.
It was a wonderful experience. I noticed the effects after a few minutes, which was a little unsettling, but I reminded myself that I was sleeping on a grounding bedsheet.
I calmed down and slept well after weeks of poor sleep.

The products are amazing and have helped me recover from deep-seated (years-long) chronic insomnia. I had tried every other possible approach to curing my insomnia and absolutely nothing worked. I bought the fitted sheet and it worked like a charm - within 3 weeks I was sleeping through the night and waking refreshed every morning. Years later I still buy one every couple of years as they do lose their conductivity over time and I do still need them to get a good night's sleep, but they are worth every penny. I have just bought my latest replacement this week. They have literally given me my life back.

Over time Groundology has given me replacements.
For products, i prefer PVC grounding mats so i do not have to wash. Just wipe with water or non bleach spray. No bleach.
Fabric items: i forgot to use specialised soap and i lost conductivity …. But Groundology stepped in and offered me half price PVC grounding mat (full length which they had before). This was few years back.
I now have two large grounding mats for neck to toe length. I cannot live without them. I feel a big difference mentally and physically, without it.
